My Story
How I Began and Where I’m Headed
My name is Dr. Fabian Ernesto Guida and I’ve been a fully-certified Healthcare Consultant since 2000, helping my clients throughout the Redwood City area achieve their wellness goals. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist you in achieving your desired goals.
The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify your core mind, body and spirit challenges, so that you can overcome them with confidence. Only then, will you be able to fully embrace who you are and start living a happier and healthier life.

Fabian Ernesto Guida
Dr. Guida was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is graduate in Physical Education, Physical Therapy and also graduate in Methodology in Sports Coaching and Sports Psychology and possesses International Coaching Training by Certified Coaches Federations .
Developed projects, courses and lectures in Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Ecuador, Spain, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, USA and Canada.
He is currently CEO and Founder of In Motion The Method, which manages a studio of Functional Training and Pilates and Vaulting Program Director at Mt. Eden Vaulting Club.
Develops work in the area of coaching for CBDG (Brazilian Confederation of Sport Ice) and offers its services in Life Coaching to its portfolio of private clients.
Was also Director on BYou-360, an organization that aims to facilitate the process of personal development of college students.

Lisa Henricks
Dr. Lisa Henricks has been practicing Physical Therapy for 14 years and specializes in sports orthopedics.
Lisa grew up an athlete, and received a full collegiate Division 1 athletic scholarship for swimming and water polo.
Before In Motion, Lisa worked at Apple in their in-house Physical Therapy clinic, Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy Clinic, and the United States Athletic Training Center in NYC.
Lisa received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Northridge and her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Long Island University.
